Stainless steel flexible tubes model FL286

Non-extensible stainless steel flexible tubes for connecting devices to the domestic network

The GNALI BOCIA catalogue offers non-extensible model FL286 stainless steel flexible tubes whose length of two metres maximum corresponds perfectly to the new EN14800 regulation. They are made from a corrugated pipe of austenitic stainless material which ensures the stainless steel flexible tubes are particularly resistant to pressure, bending and twisting, the stresses that can occur both during installation and use.
A metallic braid of the same material covers everything, in order to safeguard the pipe from possible damage, which could always occur for this type of component.
The end nuts in the gas 1/2 threaded male and female versions ensure the stainless steel flexible tubes may be connected to most domestic use points. Sealing on the female swivel junction is ensured by flat seals supplied with the tube.
Stainless steel flexible tubes are covered by a plastic sleeve in order to simplify cleaning and as a protection against aggressive chemical detergents. The material used is self-extinguishing in order not to spread flames in case of fire.
It is not difficult to install flexible tubes, but this should be done by qualified operators in order to avoid safety risks.
