Modularity of the brass manifold for heating

Threaded at its ends, the manifold for heating enables the combination of different models for attaining the right number of outputs

Whether we have to realize a radiator system or a floor system, the use of a manifold for heating realized in brass with shut-off cocks is almost a necessity.
The presence of valves on the manifold for heating, in fact, enables the splitting of the flow on every branch plant, thereby allowing a correct balancing and thus an optimal distribution of temperature in the pipes. This is an obligatory regulation, especially in the radiant panel realizations.
We can choose two-, three- or four-way manifolds for heating, and the threads at their ends enable the combination of more than one of them, so as to obtain the number of outputs most suited to the plant requirements. The regulation may be carried out through the screw-down stop valves placed on every branch. As for these valves in the catalogue, we may choose a series of accessories, such as knobs in different colours or labels to identify the various outputs.
Every manifold for heating is produced and tested at the GNALI BOCIA plants, where every operation is carried out according to precise procedures organized in pursuance of the ISO 9001 schemes.
