You don't need an operator, all you need are some air vent valves
Using air vent valves to stop air and gas from accumulating in your system is important for optimal system performance
As said many times before, automatic air vent valves are useful for eliminating the air and gases that accumulate in systems, and which cause problems during system operation. Air bubbles can, in fact, block some pipe branches, preventing correct heat exchange.
Our air vent valves, especially the automatic ones, do not have to be mounted by an operator. This means that during the design and production phases, they are positioned at the highest point of the system, or on elements such as columns and manifolds, where the appearance of air pockets is inevitable.
This is not the only reason why the air vent valves have to be mounted vertically, however. Positioning them in this way also ensures that the internal float, made of engineering plastic, operates correctly. This important element controls the closing pin of the vent hole when all the air has been released, to prevent annoying fluid leakages.
