The quality of electrical resistances for heating

The electrical resistances for heating are produced with top-quality materials in order to ensure their duration

Starting as usual with quality materials, at the Lumezzane plants the whole range of electrical resistances for heating water or other liquids are produced inside the most disparate devices, though chiefly boilers or heaters for civil applications.
The main element of electrical resistances for heating is the copper coil containing and protecting the resistance properly so-called, realized in suitable alloys and with the task of producing heat. The electrical separation between fibre and coil is ensured by a compact layer of magnesium oxide. It is usually also the main cause of faults in quality products not comparable to the one produced by the GNALI BOCIA company.
It should be borne in mind that for the sake of an optimal performance, the electrical resistances for heating are realized with a view to a preferably vertical assembly, and that they must always be covered by the fluid, in such a manner that there are no points subject to overheating which are capable of damaging it.
We further wish to stress that the electrical resistances for heating are realized in different sizes, forms and potencies. The attachment flanges, too, are realized in accordance with recognized market standards, such as Aniston’s.
