Flanged electric resistors for a safe system

Care and precision in the construction of flanged resistors in order to ensure your safety

Do you want to transform electrical energy into heat to heat up a liquid? The flanged resistors in the Gnali Bocia catalogue are the answer. Encapsulated in a conductor pipe made of copper, a material that has very low thermal inertia, the operating temperature is easily reached and heat is transferred to the surrounding liquid. Insulation is realized according to the most strict market standards so as to ensure s the flanged resistors marketed by Gnali Bocia a very high safety level for the protection of the user.
The connection flange is made from brass and has a centring diameter of 48 mm, which is a standard value that allows interchangeability of the flanged resistors with the majority of the user devices. Machining and assembly of parts are performed in the specialized departments of our Lumezzane premises.
The Gnali Bocia flanged resistors come with power up to 2000 W as a standard, both in straight and curved versions, and with standard female Faston connectors. The flanged resistors are normally powered with 220 Volt in alternate current; on request, this value can be modified so as to comply with the standards in force in the destination country.
An outlet is also provided for possible incorporation of the resistor into a unipolar thermostat for controlling the fluid temperature and the heating stage. On request, anodic protection is also available against corrosion.
